There are a number of reasons that your broadband switch might be delayed. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed, and install your service as soon as possible.
Delays can be caused by Openreach completing external work which is necessary to activate your service.
Delays may also be caused by your existing provider, for example if your order is cancelled or our request to port your number is delayed. We can resolve most of these issues quickly and get your registration back up and running in no time.
