It’s easy to update your bank details in your online account. Here’s how to do it:
Changing your bank details in your online account
- Log into My Account
- Click the ‘Account’ button in the top right corner of your screen
- Select ‘My Details’ from the drop-down list
- Update your bank details – these can take up to 10 calendar days to change
- Once changed, click the ‘Update’ button
Remember, your sort code has six digits and your account number has eight. Your bank account must be able to accept Direct Debits. Please check with your bank if you're not sure.
