When the engineer exchanged your meter, they will have recorded your final readings and sent them to us. We then updated them on your account.
You should be able to see our final reading from the old meter on your bill. It’ll be marked with a ‘D’ in the usage breakdown section of your bill.
If it’s not on your latest bill, this might be because your final reading was sent to us after your bill went into production.
You can also see your final reading in the readings section of your online account or in our app.
If it's been over seven days since your meter was exchanged and you still can't see the reading on your bill, online or in our app, please get in touch with us.
