We offer a number of different tariffs through comparison websites but some of these are for new customers only. It's best to check the tariff details to see whether existing customers are eligible for the tariff before applying.
A new customer is a person who is responsible for a property that isn't currently supplied by Shell Energy. If you've just moved into a property that's already supplied by Shell Energy you're classed as an existing customer.
These tariffs may not be visible in your online account. Any applications that are made will need to be completed via the price comparison website that the tariff is available through.
