We aim to create your bills monthly and we'll send you an email reminder to ask you for a meter reading to make sure your bill is as accurate as possible. This is normally five days before your bill is created.
If your bills already been created for this month but you've just submitted a read, we won't be able to recalculate your bill. But don't worry, the reading you've given will be used in your next bill.
