Once your smart meter is installed, we’ll take daily readings automatically so you’ll receive accurate bills.
Depending on your preference, we can collect your readings half hourly, daily or monthly.
Setting your preference to half hourly will let you use features such as the energy use graph and My Energy, online or in the app. These make it easier to see where you can save energy, which could help lower both your bills and carbon emissions.
To change the frequency, log into My Account, and:
- Select Account > My details
- Select ‘View your read frequency’
- After you’ve chosen your frequency, select ‘Save preferences’
