If you've switched to another broadband service or moved house, your final bill will arrive on your usual billing date. 

We bill in advance so you may find that your penultimate bill includes charges past your service end date. Don't worry, we’ll credit back any over charges from the previous bill (if there are any) on your final bill.

We recommend leaving your direct debit active during this time.
