My router has no power
If your router has no power, first make sure the power supply unit is pushed together correctly. You should hear a click when you push the two components together.
Second, try an alternative electrical socket. If you’re currently using a socket where there are two or more connection points, try a different socket within your property. Where possible, we’d recommend you avoid using extension sockets.
