Once your contract ends with ourselves, we will require you to send back the router to ourselves to avoid receiving a charge of £35.

We will request this via email, and provide you with a Tracked48 returns label to send back all the pieces of equipment we provided you with. 

We will accept proof of postage as proof that you have sent us the Router. If you require a new Tracked48 label, please contact us at broadband.support@shellenergy.co.uk.
