Once your contract ends, please send your router back to us. If you don’t do this, you may be charged £35 to cover the cost of the router.

We’ll send you a reminder to do this via email, and we’ll give you a Tracked48 returns label so you can return any equipment we provided you with. 

Alternatively, if you still have the box your router came in, this includes a free post returns label that you can use to return your router to us.

We’ll accept proof of postage as confirmation that you have sent us the router. If you require a new Tracked48 label, please contact us at broadband.support@shellenergy.co.uk.
