When your minimum period ends, you can choose to switch to any of our available packages. If you don’t switch, your service will continue and you’ll pay the current out of contract prices.

We’ll notify you 30 days before your contract is due to end. You’ll also receive an email to inform you of your out-of-contract monthly price, and if there are any promotional offers available to you.

Please note, your monthly charges increase each year, on or after 1 April, in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation, plus up to three per cent. Find more details in our annual price increase policy guide.
