We’ll get in touch with you when we need a meter reading. The readings you send are always better than our estimates. They mean your bill will be accurate, and you’ll be paying for the right amount of energy you’re using.
How can I submit a meter reading?
You can submit a meter reading in seconds through the Shell Energy app, or your online account. You can also email us meter readings, or send them through our automated call service.
