When you log into your online account, you’ll find your Account Summary in the Bills and Payments section. 

Your Account Summary gives you an instant view of your account health and offers quick links to other sections of My Account.

The Account Summary section gives you:

  • Up-to-date payment and account-balance information 
  • A clear view of whether your account is in credit or debit.
  • Your predicted monthly energy use
  • Your monthly payment amount*
  • Your monthly payment date*
  • A quick link to manage your bank details
  • A quick link to set up/manage your Direct Debit
  • A quick link to make a card payment
  • Rolling statements showing previous bills and payments, including processed refunds and pending payments.


The rolling statements let you see changes to your balance as you receive bills and make payments, as well as showing failed payments and processed refunds. This makes it easier for you to manage your own account, without having to waste time contacting our team.
