Sometimes if you fall too far behind on your bill payments or if we notice unusually high call usage within a short period of time we may restrict your account.

Restrictions due to high usage

If you have high call usage we will restrict the account to help protect you from receiving an expensive bill and make sure you are aware of the spend. We will always try to contact you before applying restrictions.

Note: You’ll still be able to receive calls and call emergency numbers like 999 and 112 as well as call certain Freephone numbers and our customer call centre)

If we have restricted your account due to high usage please contact us to discuss removing this.

Restrictions due to an unpaid bill

If you are overdue on your bill we will always contact you before applying restrictions. If we can’t get hold of you or don't hear from you after these reminders or your outstanding balance has still not been cleared, we will restrict your broadband and/or phone service.

When we restrict your account you won’t be able to use your broadband and you won’t be able to make any outgoing phone calls.

Note: You’ll still be able to receive calls and call emergency numbers like 999 and 112 as well as call certain Freephone numbers and our customer call centre).

To remove a restriction on your account due to non payment of bills you'll need to pay any outstanding balance that is due. If you are struggling to pay your bill then please contact us to discuss the options available to you.
