You can set up your email to a name of your choice, rather than your email address. This would be shown in the ‘from’ or ‘sender’ field of your outgoing messages. The name will also be displayed in the ‘from’ column of the recipient's inbox. 

It's an optional feature that gives you more control over how your messages appear to others. 

To change it:

  • Log into your webmail
  • Select ‘preferences’
  • Select ‘accounts’
  • On the right panel, go to ‘primary account settings’
  • In the settings for ‘sent messages’ add or update the name that appears under ‘choose what appears in the ‘from’ field of email messages’.
  • Select ‘save’
