You can set up your email so that a name of your choosing, rather than your email address, appears in the "From" or "Sender" field of your outgoing messages. The name will also be displayed in the "From" column of the recipient's inbox. It's an optional feature that basically gives you more control over how your messages appear to others. 

Follow these steps:

  • Log into your Webmail.
  • Select Preferences.
  • Select Accounts.
  • On the right panel go to Primary account settings.
  • In the settings for "sent messages" add or update the name that appears under "Choose what appears in the from field of email messages".
  • Select Save.
