If you joined Shell Energy Broadband before 9th January 2022, you’re subject to a Consumer Price Index (CPI) based price increase from 1 April 2022 as listed in your terms and conditions.

We recognise the cost of living challenge that households across the UK are facing, with the prices of many goods and services set to increase. We don’t want the cost of broadband to be a further burden for our customers at this time, so we’ve decided to postpone this planned price increase due on 1 April 2022. Your terms and conditions have been updated to reflect this.

Rest assured, we’ll always provide you with at least 30 days notice before any price rise takes place.

We hope this brings some relief. If you’re struggling to pay your bill or think you may need longer to pay, we want to do all we can to help. Please get in touch with our dedicated team to discuss the support options available to you.
