Contract summary and contract information documents

Ofcom have announced new rules that ensure broadband customers get clearer information about the services on offer to them. This will help you make more informed decisions when choosing a broadband provider.

From Friday 17 June 2022, all broadband providers are required to provide customers with a summary of the main contract terms and a more detailed breakdown of contract information, in writing, to review before they agree to a service.

Whether you’re a new customer or an existing one looking to upgrade your broadband and phone package, we’ll email you your contract information and summary documents (in PDF format) while you’re placing your order.

These will be sent to the email address you give us when placing your order. However, if you can’t provide a valid email address, have a disability, or require these documents in an alternative format such as braille or large print, please give us a call on 0330 094 5801 to place your order.

You’ll need to review both these documents before we complete your application - and provide consent to enter into a contract for our services.
